The Challenge

Originally engaged to provide fundraising strategy during a leadership transition following the departure of the organization’s Chief Development Officer, the role evolved into a broader strategic and operational partnership.

The Strategy

Cimi stepped into a fractional development leadership role to stabilize fundraising efforts, mentor and strengthen the internal team, implement strategic fundraising initiatives, oversee campaign planning, and help prepare the organization for its milestone 50th Anniversary.

Cimi’s work has included gala strategy, donor engagement, communications, volunteer engagement, grant strategy, stewardship initiatives, sponsorship development, and long-term fundraising planning.

The Impact

The organization has exceeded fundraising goals and achieved historic gala success while strengthening infrastructure, increasing visibility, and building momentum leading into its anniversary year.
